About the role

  • Lead the delivery of AtkinsRealis technical design and engineering projects within the Nuclear business sector.
  • Work directly for key clients and appreciate complex practical, technical, and commercial issues.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, leading project teams that are local or distributed across multiple sites.
  • Engage in project management opportunities of varying sizes and responsibilities from consultancy services to client organisations.
  • Support business development, mentoring others, and building a reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience working within Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) industry with a knowhow on Bidding/Costing and contractual knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, listening, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and engage constructively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading delivery teams and managing commercial/quality performance of projects.
  • Must be an Engineering Professional.
  • Nuclear industry experience is desirable.
  • Ability to travel to the UK as necessary.
  • Willingness to work flexibly with occasional out of hours work.to accommodate project and client requirements.
