Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the delivery of AtkinsRealis technical design and engineering projects within the Nuclear business sector.
Work directly for key clients and appreciate complex practical, technical, and commercial issues.
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, leading project teams that are local or distributed across multiple sites.
Engage in project management opportunities of varying sizes and responsibilities from consultancy services to client organisations.
Support business development, mentoring others, and building a reputation for excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of experience working within Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) industry with a knowhow on Bidding/Costing and contractual knowledge.
Excellent communication, listening, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and engage constructively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in leading delivery teams and managing commercial/quality performance of projects.
Must be an Engineering Professional.
Nuclear industry experience is desirable.
Ability to travel to the UK as necessary.
Willingness to work flexibly with occasional out of hours work.to accommodate project and client requirements.
