About the role
- Lead the delivery of AtkinsRealis technical design and engineering projects.
- Work directly for our key clients in the Nuclear sector.
- Appreciate complex practical, technical and commercial issues.
- Work constructively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Manage commercial and quality performance of projects.
Requirements
- Candidate with 2-5 years of experience working within Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) industry with a knowhow on Bidding/Costing and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent communication, listening, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and engage constructively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in successfully managing projects to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
- Must be an Engineering Professional.
- Experience of leading and directing teams and resources.
- Willingness to travel to the UK as necessary.
- Willing to work flexibly with occasional out of hours work to accommodate project and client requirements.
