About the role
- Staff Administration: Identifies staffing availability based on technical and budgetary requirements.
- Conducts performance reviews and career planning sessions with direct reports.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Project Production: Monitors compliance with quality control standards.
- Assists staff in problem resolution with business units.
- Maintains visibility by participating in professional organizations.
- May assist in pursuing new project opportunities by maintaining client contacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in field of practice.
- Management coursework and/or MBA a plus.
- 10 years of experience since B.S., with at least three of these years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities.
- Professional registration in field of practice (P.E.) is required
