About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Liaise with US regional lawyers and business clients
Provide day-to-day support on labor & employment and dispute resolution issues
Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
Prepare case management reports and provide legal advice
Support the company’s response to government inquiries
Partner with outside counsel and ensure effective management of legal budgets
Work with Risk and Insurance group to manage liability claims
Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to labor & employment and dispute resolution strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor Degree
Must be licensed to practice law in one of the 50 states
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in labor & employment and dispute resolution role
Experience in large complex infrastructure projects preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated success within a fast-paced results driven organization
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
Excellent oral and written communication skills
