About the role

  • Liaise with US regional lawyers and business clients
  • Provide day-to-day support on labor & employment and dispute resolution issues
  • Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
  • Prepare case management reports and provide legal advice
  • Support the company’s response to government inquiries
  • Partner with outside counsel and ensure effective management of legal budgets
  • Work with Risk and Insurance group to manage liability claims
  • Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to labor & employment and dispute resolution strategies

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor Degree
  • Must be licensed to practice law in one of the 50 states
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in labor & employment and dispute resolution role
  • Experience in large complex infrastructure projects preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated success within a fast-paced results driven organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
