About the role

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, animations, and walkthroughs for projects.
  • Develop photo-realistic renders using industry-standard tools.
  • Transform sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs into visually engaging outputs.
  • Work closely with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure visual consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage visualization workflows, rendering pipelines, and deliver final production-ready assets.
  • Maintain and enhance a library of materials, lighting setups, and 3D assets.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with project timelines and creative direction.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Blender
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max
  • Working knowledge of Unreal Engine
  • Experience using visualization tools like Twinmotion and Lumion
  • Solid understanding of: Lighting and shading, Texturing and UV mapping, Camera angles and composition, Rendering techniques
  • Ability to create real-time, interactive, or cinematic visual content
  • Strong artistic sense with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Animation, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in visualization or 3D design roles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
