About the role
- Staff Administration: Identify current and future staffing availability based on technical and budgetary requirements.
- Recommends salary levels for new hires and initiates salary and position adjustment actions.
- Conducts performance reviews and career planning sessions.
- Project Management: Ensure appropriate staff allocation to projects considering schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Monitors compliance with quality control standards and conducts periodic audits.
- Maintains visibility and professional currency by actively participating in professional organizations.
- Marketing: Participate in pursuing new project opportunities by maintaining contacts with clients.
- Contracts: Assist sales leads and project managers with staffing and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in field of practice
- Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
- 10 years of experience since B.S.
- At least three of these years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities
- Professional registration in field of practice (P.E.) is preferred.
