- Apply and develop technical leadership and engineering management skills to deliver exciting projects
- Support a wide range of new build nuclear projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion reactor technologies
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and competitors
- Reinforce technical skills and apply management expertise to deliver outstanding results
Requirements
- Relevant level of professional experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete)
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary projects
- Lead, undertake, and review design of new building structures
- Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power, or rail
- Ability to collaborate from our offices and client sites to understand clients’ needs
- Capability to write bids and tenders to win work
- Experience managing, leading, and mentoring staff
