About the role

  • Support the Electrical Networks business unit as an AtkinsRéalis representative to major Canadian utility clients and other CIGRÉ members;
  • Manage external communications with members and the website provider, and oversee the drafting and publishing of content on CIGRÉ's digital and social platforms;
  • Coordinate CIGRÉ activities with the provider for CIGRÉ Canada's annual conferences;
  • Organize and participate in executive committee meetings;
  • Provide administrative support as required;
  • Manage banking operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or a related field;
  • Entry-level or early-career candidate with initial relevant experience;
  • Experience in communications, business administration, or administrative support;
  • Hands-on practical experience, ideally in similar administrative or event coordination roles;
  • Strong attention to detail — excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive and resourceful;
  • Excellent English communication skills*; French is an asset.
