Requirements
- background in civil engineering with a passion for delivering multidisciplinary projects in highways, rail, or local authority sectors
- proven experience in design, maintenance, and supervision of civil or structural projects, with a focus on bridges, highways, or rail environments
- strong project management, financial control, and stakeholder engagement skills, paired with a commercial mindset
- a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
- BEng/MEng or MSc degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Chartered status and membership with ICE or IStructE
- in-depth knowledge of design standards such as DMRB, MCHW, Eurocodes, and Network Rail Standards
