About the role
- Increasing the velocity of technology portfolio deployment
- Oversee the practical execution of Digital, Products, and Technology portfolio
- Guide capability, service, and product leads in selecting and applying suitable delivery methodologies
- Collaborate closely with leads, success managers, market account managers, and project teams
- Ensure successful implementation of the technology portfolio
- Monitor performance, maintain quality assurance throughout delivery lifecycles
- Develop, implement, and maintain standards and documentation for business needs, deliverables, and progress metrics
Requirements
- A background in engineering, digital and technology solutions, or related technical field
- Experience in digital or technology project/program delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership or implementation role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital or technology projects
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and experience applying them in practice
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and industry trends
- Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and supplier relationships
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical
