About the role
- Partnering with business units and corporate functions to gather and analyze requirements for new and evolving IT solutions.
- Designing and documenting business requirements, processes, workflows, and system specifications.
- Leading or supporting the implementation of solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies.
- Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.
- Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Develop and test solutions in collaboration with power users.
- Coordinate and provide support to business users during Unit Acceptance Testing.
- Identify and document application integration requirements.
- Document, propose, and optimize application configurations to provide the best usability and information availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Logical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to read, understand and write code.
