About the role

  • Passion and persuasiveness for our IT solutions and services
  • Proactive outbound calls to business contacts based on trade-show leads, marketing campaigns, and research on the internet and social networks
  • Conduct needs analysis and qualification of prospective business customers, and document findings in the CRM tool
  • Strategically grow our business by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
  • Present our products in customer presentations and at trade shows
  • Successfully execute sales-promoting activities in coordination with our marketing team and account managers, including contract award and price negotiations
  • Provide order processing support as needed

Requirements

  • Business administration knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for sales, basic IT knowledge, and an affinity for technology
  • High level of motivation and commitment, with enthusiasm for future-oriented technologies
  • Highly independent working style, strong team spirit, and smooth cooperation with other departments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Enjoy speaking on the phone and engaging with prospects/customers
  • Very good German and English language skills
