About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Expand market presence by cultivating relationships with high-potential prospects and strategic accounts
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive retention and long-term value
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle
- Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and territory performance updates
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and insights to leadership
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing a defined territory or region
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
