About the role

  • Engaging in outside business development, which requires spending more than half of working time away from the office presenting ATI services.
  • Marketing ATI's services to various clients including Facility Managers, Risk Managers, Independent Adjusters, Insurance Carriers, Insurance Brokers, and Insurance Agents.
  • Generating approximately $2+ million annually in multiple ATI markets.
  • Developing, maintaining, implementing, and revising an individual marketing plan as necessary.
  • Generating at least 100 leads.
  • Generating projects for at least two (2) different branches annually.
  • Establishing Regional Accounts with adjusters, general adjusters, risk managers, facilities managers, property managers, end users, contractors, and/or insurance.
  • Handling promotion of all ATI nationwide branch.
  • Assisting during local, regional, and national marketing blitzes when called.
  • Supporting ATI in catastrophic situations when called.
  • Attending and promoting assigned nationally sponsored events, trade shows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned ATI marketing functions.
  • Training new Account Documents field work and activity through SalesForce.com.
  • Requires overnight travel of at least 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in marketing and sales.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and business development in the service industry.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate strategic alliances within the region.
  • Execution of targeted marketing programs and market development strategies.
  • Salesforce or other CRM database experience desired but not necessary.
  • Ability to seek out and develop marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to develop regional commercialization strategies.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Open-mindedness and creativity.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast moving, deadline driven environment.
