About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead creative strategy and testing across media and performance channels for the APAC region
- Own the creative strategy and testing roadmap across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, defining hypotheses, test structures, and success metrics
- Build and maintain a rigorous, scalable testing framework grounded in performance data
- Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for creative briefs and concepts
- Brief and direct internal creative/production teams and external specialists or agencies
- Track performance at concept, format, and message level to sharpen briefs
- Scale creative strategy to channel mechanics while aligning with the media plan
- Champion consistent testing taxonomy and briefing structures
- Provide practical, testable direction based on platform fluency and digital creative trends
- Provide strategic input into monthly creator briefs for paid media activations
- Own creative messaging for sponsorship properties, including EDMs, social content, and digital assets
- Partner with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to improve creative output across APAC markets
- Share creative performance learnings with partnerships and content agency teams
- Maintain AG1 brand voice and visual identity across creative briefings and partner touchpoints
- Act as key creative partner to the Media team, ensuring high-quality, on-strategy assets across funnel stages
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years in a creative strategy, content, or production role — ideally within a D2C brand, creator economy, or similar industry
- Strong brief-writing ability; you can translate a commercial objective into a creative direction for a creator or production team that can run with it.
- Familiarity with paid media fundamentals — you understand what makes a piece of creative perform, not just look good
- Hands-on experience across multiple content formats: social video, long-form YouTube, email, podcast, and live/event content
- Comfortable working with external partners and talent; you can represent the brand confidently in partner-facing conversations
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple live briefs and production timelines simultaneously without dropping quality
