- Strategic development and management of high-reach/high-profile sports accounts (e.g., football and motorsport)
- Conceptualizing and creating content plans
- Independently producing content and briefing video editors and graphic designers
- Publishing content, primarily on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- On-site event coverage including Instagram Story coverage and production of vertical short-form content
- On-handle and off-handle community management
- Content analysis including data-driven recommendations for action
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of social media experience, ideally in the sports sector
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, their features and algorithms
- A good sense for compelling social media content and relevant trends
- Broad interest in sports with a willingness to take on new topics and tasks
- Independent, reliable and structured working style
- Knowledge of image and video editing (Photoshop/Premiere) and animation (After Effects) is a plus
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Creative freedom in an innovative, versatile company
