• Play a key role in recruiting by helping craft compelling job descriptions, posting opportunities, coordinating interviews, and connecting with top candidates
• Serve as an ambassador for Athletes Unlimited, ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth and positive hiring experience
• Partner with hiring managers and the Vice President to align on hiring needs and organizational growth
• Welcome new employees by coordinating onboarding activities and ensuring a seamless start to their journey
• Foster a positive employee experience by planning and supporting engaging in-person and virtual events
• Manage the 15five platform by administering surveys, maintaining employee profiles, and supporting annual performance reviews
• Support contract and compliance processes by drafting, tracking, and ensuring accuracy across agreements
• Collaborate with the Vice President on key departmental projects that drive organizational success
