About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct research to support league strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
Build and format presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Perform data entry and maintain organized datasets, including player stats
Conduct analysis using spreadsheets to support decision-making
Aid in operational logistics and support league staff with various cross-functional projects as needed
Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Travel periodically to league locations and provide on-site operational support

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-3 years of prior work experience
Willingness to travel and work on-site at league events when needed
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours as needed
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and presentation tools (Canva/Google Slides/Powerpoint)
Strong interest in softball and women’s sports
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Able to work an estimated 30 hours a week from May through October
Authorized to work for any employer in the US
Strong preference for candidates based in the following cities:
