About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of product analysts and support their growth through coaching, feedback, and clear goals
- Own analytics for the subscription business, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn
- Analyze product features to assess performance, user engagement, and impact on key business metrics
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing teams to design and measure experiments, including A/B tests, feature rollouts, and pricing changes
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor product and subscription health
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and monetization through data-driven recommendations
- Establish and maintain best practices in analytics, data quality, and experimentation
- Use AI-enabled analysis and productivity tools to speed up recurring work, surface patterns in large datasets, and support faster insight generation for product and subscription decisions
- Support annual planning and prioritization by contributing analytical input and business context
- Partner with data and engineering teams to improve data definitions, tracking, and availability
- Present findings in team meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional forums
- Contribute to the development of scalable analytics processes and documentation
- Help evaluate new reporting methods and tools that improve team efficiency
- Respond to ad hoc questions from business partners with timely, accurate analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing analytics teams
- Experience with subscription-based business models and membership analytics
- Demonstrated experience analyzing product features and influencing product strategy
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, and Snowflake
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect data insights to strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS environments preferred
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies preferred
- Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams preferred
