About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review incoming creative briefs for completeness and accuracy
Help assign requests to creatives based on required skillset and current bandwidth
Maintain capacity dashboards in Monday.com and provide resourcing updates
Coordinate timing and handoffs with the Project Management team for day-to-day production
Track project status, dependencies, and risks and escalate blockers when necessary
Identify day-to-day operational inefficiencies and implement improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role
Experience managing high-volume creative workflows across digital, print, and video
Proficient with project management tools, like Monday.com
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent requests
