  • Join athenahealth as a Talent & Culture Senior Manager, a strategic role focused on the strategies and programs to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent across the organization
  • Design and lead programs that strengthen talent development, performance management and organizational transformation practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent 10+ years of work experience in HR-related fields
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or in Talent Management, Development, or Learning & Development
  • Proven experience designing and implementing organization-wide development strategies and initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving strategy around performance management, talent and leadership development, and succession planning
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to move fluidly between program execution and future-focused planning
  • Experience in change management and influencing organizational transformations
  • Comfort leveraging technology and AI to enhance talent processes and inform strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and AI insights to drive talent decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with leaders and teams across the organization
  • Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with ambiguity; able to pivot as organizational needs evolve.
