About the role
- Split focus between Monetization and Foundations zones.
- Contribute to crafting engaging user experiences by designing tailored messaging.
- Optimize the placement of commercial advertising.
- Manage user experience for Membership.
- Create effective upsell messaging and seamless subscription management flows.
- Support the design system team by designing, maintaining, and evolving reusable components.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Collaborate with UX research to discover opportunities and refine designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX or Product Design (agency or in-house).
- Expert-level skills in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Proficient in designing multiple platforms including Responsive Web and native iOS/Android apps.
- Strong collaborator, experienced working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) and stakeholders or clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices.
- Ability to advocate effectively for user-centered design principles.
- Skilled in UX ideation and design methodologies.
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual design, aesthetic sensibility, and successful UX/UI projects across diverse teams.
