About the role
- Partner closely with Creative Services, Channels, Product Marketing and Content teams to develop and execute multichannel, persona-based campaigns that differentiate us in market and accelerate pipeline and sales growth.
- Proactively engage with the sales team to coordinate campaign activities; communicate frequently to build trust and alignment.
- Test, measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, report on results and learnings.
- Equip sales with market and audience insights, messaging, and proof points to help increase sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Work with Events, Brand, & other centralized marketing functions in support of corporate-level programs and audience messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field
- 1+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing; healthcare preferred
- Proven experience working with sales teams; actual sales experience is highly desirable
- Excels at time management; able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines at once
- Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data, build reports within Excel, and generate actionable insights
- Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
- Possesses a natural curiosity to learn
