- strong Salesforce and Apex experience
- experience with micro-services
- troubleshoot issues in production
- collaborate with software developers and product owners
- comfortable with AI-DLC and Agile DevOps environment
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- comfortable leading and managing people
