About the role
- Responsible for promoting the Apex portfolio to industries, distributors and prospects to generate leads, increase revenue and support the homologation of ATG products in manufacturing companies.
- Perform homologation tests of Apex tools at customer and prospect sites.
- Conduct scheduled visits to demonstrate the ATG portfolio, perform homologations and deliver training.
- Participate in activities, events and campaigns at customer sites, manufacturing companies, distributors, resellers, wholesalers and retailers, identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Report to internal teams any issues identified at end customers related to the tools, such as requests for new products (Voice of Customer), technical problems, compliance with standards and cases of misuse.
- Support the Quality, Technical Support, Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams with their requests.
