About the role
- Assist the Head of Sales in uncovering new business opportunities within the Italian market.
- Conduct research and qualify potential clients in the media, publishing, and communication industries.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by utilising CRM tools and contemporary sales strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned.
- Follow up with prospects, arrange meetings, and support the management of the sales funnel from initial contact through to closure.
- Document and monitor activities and opportunities within the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Represent Atex at relevant industry events, fairs, and webinars when required.
- Work closely with teams across different departments and locations to ensure coherence and alignment.
- Take full ownership of your tasks, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing support, including assisting with critical production systems.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within software or B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and managing the sales funnel.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, spoken and written.
- Genuine interest in digital technology and curiosity about the media and publishing sectors.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in an international setting.
