About the role
- Contribute to Atera’s web design strategy, ensuring every experience is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand.
- Design and optimize responsive web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites that support marketing goals.
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and growth marketers to turn ideas into high-performing web experiences.
- Translate UX insights into clear wireframes, mockups, and pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma.
- Help maintain and evolve Atera’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across components.
- Implement SEO best practices and accessibility principles in collaboration with developers.
- Use data and analytics (A/B testing, heatmaps, metrics) to inform and refine your designs.
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and QA to ensure high-quality execution.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to keep our web experiences fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience designing responsive and mobile-first websites.
- Strong visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver beautiful, pixel-perfect UI that performs.
- Enjoys working closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Understands how design choices impact engagement, usability, and conversion, and uses data to improve outcomes.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meets deadlines, and maintains a high standard of quality.
- Open to feedback, eager to grow, and passionate about refining both UX and visual design skills.
