About the role
- Formalization of the forecast with the Client and Business;
- Defining unavailability assumptions and internal forecast estimates;
- Validation of the Plan with the Business (e.g., Hiring Plan);
- Defining operational strategies with the Business;
- Opening and managing RPs (personnel requisitions);
- PCP entries/reporting;
- Initial training and migration checkpoints;
- Sending staffing/dimensioning information to the end client (intraday);
- Tactical Plan;
- Requests;
- Short-term – Training schedule;
- Ad hoc studies on scenario changes;
- Short-term – Reforecast and operational strategy review;
- Short-term – Time bank control (exemptions/requests).
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Employees undergoing any movement must consult the movement table in Normative NI-002 and verify eligible positions;
- Must be an Atento employee;
- Final score from the most recent evaluation cycle in Time to Talk must be 100 or higher (Good Performer);
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Previous experience in planning roles;
- Critical analytical ability and strategic vision;
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and planning software (e.g., Excel, Power BI);
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting results;
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
