About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative models for monitoring and operational optimization
- Build anomaly detection, demand forecasting, indicator degradation prediction, and automated recommendation models
- Define feature engineering and data enrichment strategies
- Develop and optimize analytical pipelines in the IBM watsonx environment
- Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and governance
- Design and validate intelligent agents using IBM watsonx Orchestrate
- Integrate AI models into automated processes using IBM RPA
- Build executive and operational dashboards using IBM watsonx BI
- Be responsible for RAG intelligence (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Contribute to defining the solution's analytical architecture
- Support sizing of compute capacity and AI resource consumption
- Ensure model observability, explainability, and reliability
- Lead knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Produce technical and functional documentation for implemented models
- Support data governance and AI governance processes
- Work collaboratively with Data Engineering, Architecture, MLOps, and Operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience in enterprise AI and analytics projects
- Experience with Python, SQL, statistical modeling, code versioning with Git, Data Governance, and AI Governance
- Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
- Experience in MLOps, model CI/CD, and production monitoring
- Hands-on experience with IBM watsonx.data, IBM watsonx.ai, IBM watsonx Orchestrate, IBM watsonx BI, IBM RPA, and IBM Cloud
- Experience developing intelligent agents and AI-driven automation
- IBM watsonx certifications (preferred)
- Certifications in Machine Learning or Data Science (preferred)
- Experience in Contact Center, NOC, Command Center, or critical operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of SingleStore (preferred)
- Experience with FinOps for AI (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise analytical solution architecture (preferred)
- Knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes (preferred)
- Experience with monitoring models in production (preferred)
