About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inbound customer service with sales, aimed at identifying the customer’s needs, answering questions, performing procedures, and offering products and/or services.
- In each interaction, you may handle different types of situations reported by the customer and will use systems to record the service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years old;
- High school diploma;
- Good verbal fluency and persuasive skills;
- Negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Basic computer and typing skills;
- Availability to complete online training;
- Must have a desktop computer or laptop for training;
- Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
- Preferably live near the Atento Feira de Santana unit.
