About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inbound support via Voice and/or WhatsApp for retail and high-value clients;
  • Clarify financial inquiries and procedures for receivables anticipation (advance collections);
  • Assist with account cancellations and resolve related issues;
  • Perform financial calculations, including pro rata;
  • Demonstrate analytical skills in finance to resolve complex inquiries;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records;
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and concerns to provide personalized service.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • High school diploma (completed);
  • Basic computer skills and typing ability;
  • Experience in customer service via Voice, Email, Chat and WhatsApp is a plus, preferably in the financial or retail sector;
  • Courses or experience in financial areas are a plus;
  • Availability to work and train in-person;
  • Good communication and clear diction;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills;
  • Preferably live near the Atento Santana Unit (São Paulo).
