About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inbound support via voice, email and WhatsApp for retail and/or high-value clients;
  • Provide clarification on financial inquiries and procedures for receivables advances (payment advances);
  • Assist with account cancellations and resolve related issues;
  • Perform financial calculations, including pro-rata calculations;
  • Demonstrate financial analytical skills to resolve complex inquiries;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records;
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and concerns to provide personalized service.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum age: 18 years;
  • High school diploma (completed);
  • Basic computer skills and typing;
  • Experience with customer service via voice, email and WhatsApp, preferably in the financial or retail sector, is a plus;
  • Courses or experience in financial areas are a plus;
  • Availability to work and train on-site (in person);
  • Good communication skills and clear diction;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills;
  • Preferably live near the Atento Cabula unit (Cabula, BA).
