About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inbound customer service with sales, aimed at identifying customer needs, answering questions, performing procedures, and offering products and/or services.
  • In each interaction, you may handle different types of situations reported by the customer and will use systems to record information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum age: 18 years;
  • High school diploma (complete);
  • Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability;
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills;
  • Professional experience: We hire candidates without prior professional experience, but experience in customer service and sales is a plus, such as retail salesperson, door-to-door sales, supermarkets, shopping malls, department stores, telecom customer service, telemarketing, public-facing roles, sales consultant, sales executive, outbound sales, Call Center, SAC (Customer Service Center), ombudsman/complaints department, Back Office, or Technical Support;
  • Availability to attend training in-person or online;
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer for training;
  • Availability to work on-site;
  • Easy access to the Atento Cabula unit.
