About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and sustain Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments.
  • Deploy, update, and remove corporate applications on Windows devices.
  • Manage configuration, security, and compliance policies for corporate endpoints.
  • Execute and monitor operating system updates and security patch processes.
  • Implement and support the Co-Management model between SCCM and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze incidents related to device management.
  • Monitor compliance, availability, and performance indicators for endpoints.
  • Manage hardware and software inventories, ensuring data consistency.
  • Develop and execute automation scripts using PowerShell to optimize operational processes.
  • Participate in modernization and digital transformation projects focused on device management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge bases.
  • Support Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams in resolving endpoint-related issues.
  • Test, validate, and approve new Microsoft features and solutions.
  • Ensure application of security and governance best practices in the device management environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in IT (record updated in Pessoas Online).
  • Knowledge of Windows, networking, and Active Directory (AD).
  • Must be an IT department employee.
  • Position tenure: employees with any type of movement should consult the movement table in Regulation – NI-002.
  • Availability to be on call.
