About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Active outreach to customers with overdue invoices and partially or fully blocked lines to negotiate outstanding balances for telephony products or services (fixed/mobile), internet, and TV, offering special payment options;
The agent must identify the customer’s needs and provide a practical, straightforward solution in accordance with product and service procedures;
Each interaction may involve a variety of situations described by the customer;
Use systems to make records and process the service;
Active collections calling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum age: 18 years old;
Voter registration card (Título de Eleitor);
Military service certificate / reservist ID (required for male candidates);
Education: High School diploma (complete);
Proof of high school or higher education (transcript, certificate, or diploma);
Courses: Candidates with training in negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, probing/questioning, customer service, telemarketing techniques, communication, Word, Excel, typing, or Microsoft Office are a plus;
Experience in collections, sales, or customer retention is a plus;
Strong verbal fluency and persuasive skills;
Negotiation and argumentation abilities;
Availability to complete training remotely (Home Office) — requires a computer or laptop with internet access;
Preferably residing near the São José dos Campos Unit.
