About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and analysis of contracts with clients, suppliers, and property leases.
Act strategically within the corporate legal department.
Ensure legal compliance of business operations.
Mitigate risks and support business units in decision-making.
Draft and conduct legal review of various types of contracts.
Participate in meetings to negotiate contractual terms and conditions.
Draft and review legal notices and responses to notices.
Provide legal support to internal departments through opinions and guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Proven experience with contracts.
Analytical profile, strong communication skills, and business acumen.
Experience in publicly traded companies or multinationals (preferred).
Advanced/Fluent English (preferred).
