About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Outbound contact with subscribers of the news portal, mobile apps, advertising and other digital services;
The agent must identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures;
Each interaction may involve a variety of situations raised by the customer;
Use systems to record interactions and perform service actions;
Active collections (outbound), working in a hybrid role (handling both service and collections interactions).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum age: 18 years;
Possess voter registration (Título de Eleitor);
Military service certificate / reservist card (males only);
Education: High School Diploma (complete);
Proof of education: high school or higher education transcript, certificate or completion record;
Courses: Candidates with training in negotiation, persuasion/argumentation, public speaking, probing/questioning, customer service, telemarketing techniques, communication, Word, Excel, typing, Microsoft Office are a plus;
Experience in collections, sales or retention is a plus;
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills;
Negotiation and argumentation skills;
Availability to complete training from home - requires a desktop or laptop with internet access;
Preferably reside near the São Caetano do Sul unit.
