Junior Human Resources Analyst – Recruitment & Selection

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for conducting recruitment processes for operational and administrative areas using online screening and selection tools;
- Screening, scheduling and conducting all stages of the selection process;
- Screening résumés, analyzing candidate profiles and aligning with hiring managers;
- Managing high-volume hiring;
- Preparing reports and candidate evaluations;
- Monitoring post-selection stages: documentation, onboarding and contract signing;
- Interacting with operations and support areas on selection-related matters;
- Assisting with projects and general Recruitment & Selection tasks;
- Site contact (Prado, Belo Horizonte) for monitoring training cohorts for contract signing and other administrative selection activities at the site.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education completed or in progress (required degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields) — record must be updated in Pessoas Online;
- Classified as Specialist I or II, Assistant, Monitoring Assistant, or Junior Analyst — minimum 6 months in the position;
- Experience in Recruitment & Selection preferred;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative profile;
- Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility, negotiation skills and tolerance for frustration.
