About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Post-sales online support for customers with various questions about smartphones;
- Technical support, guidance, usage tips, device configuration, and referral to another department when necessary;
- The specialist will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, focused solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures;
- Each interaction may involve handling different types of situations reported by the customer;
- Use systems to record and log customer interactions and support actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age: 18 years;
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in Technical Support is a plus;
- Availability to work remotely (home office);
- Residence in São Paulo;
- Availability to attend in-person training.
