About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Post-sales online support for customers with various questions about smartphones;
  • Technical support, guidance, usage tips, device configuration, and referral to another department when necessary;
  • The specialist will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, focused solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures;
  • Each interaction may involve handling different types of situations reported by the customer;

Requirements
