About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Post-sales online support for customers with various questions about smartphones;
Technical support, guidance, usage tips, device configuration, and referral to another department when necessary;
The specialist will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, focused solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures;
Each interaction may involve handling different types of situations reported by the customer;
Use systems to record and log customer interactions and support actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum age: 18 years;
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent;
Basic computer skills and typing proficiency;
Good communication skills;
Experience in Technical Support is a plus;
Availability to work remotely (home office);
Residence in São Paulo;
Availability to attend in-person training.
