Customer Relationship Specialist I – Customer Service/Technical Support
AtentoCustomer Specialist providing technical support in telecommunications for PJ clients. Responsibilities include resolving queries while maintaining excellent customer service and identifying client needs.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inbound service for business (PJ) customers who have telephony, broadband and TV products. Customers contact the team to clarify doubts or request technical support for their products;
- The specialist delivers service in a courteous and concise manner, using probing questions to identify the customer’s needs and provide practical solutions;
- Each interaction may involve different types of situations reported by the customer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age: 18 years;
- Education: High school diploma;
- Good verbal fluency;
- Basic computer skills;
- Must have a desktop or laptop computer with internet access to complete the online training;
- Preferably residing near the Atento São Caetano do Sul Unit.
