About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full lifecycle of CAI (Conversational AI) deployments, from planning through production launch.
Provide delivery leadership for the squad, ensuring alignment, prioritization and smooth collaboration among UX, Development, QA, Product and other areas.
Elicit, prioritize and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and squad readiness.
Coordinate schedules, dependencies, risks and deliverables to ensure deployments are delivered on time and within scope.
Own communication with clients and stakeholders during deployment, managing expectations and alignment.
Ensure continuous alignment between business objectives, technical delivery and user experience.
Define, track and report deployment success metrics with a focus on adoption, quality and business impact.
Proactively identify blockers, drive decisions and translate complexity into actionable execution plans.
Support go-live and stabilization phases, ensuring confidence, satisfaction and readiness to scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus)
Experience leading technical implementations, AI-driven initiatives or complex SaaS deployments.
Strong project and delivery management skills with an execution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working with technical concepts, integrations, data and analytics.
Ability to translate complex technology into clear, structured and actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability and focus on results.
Experience leading global, multicultural and geographically distributed teams, promoting alignment, engagement and effective collaboration across time zones and cultures.
Advanced/Fluent English.
