About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategic analyses based on productivity and operational performance indicators to support decision-making;
  • Propose and monitor strategies aimed at improving results and operational efficiency;
  • Interact with support areas such as MIS, Projects, IT, Real-Time, Operations, and vendors, ensuring alignment and execution of initiatives;
  • Participate in recurring meetings with clients and executives, presenting results, diagnostics, and action plans;
  • Work collaboratively to identify opportunities, risks, and continuous improvements in operational processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Required:
  • - Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields);
  • - Solid experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and efficiency studies;
  • - Knowledge of outbound collections routines and databases; proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Desired:
  • - Experience with digital customer service channels (WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, bots);
  • - Experience in automation projects and operational efficiency initiatives.
