About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for legal case and document analysis to assess the likelihood of a judicial settlement or the success of claims being dismissed;
Negotiation of judicial settlements;
Strategy to reduce large-scale case volumes (mass litigation);
Authorization and increase of approval thresholds;
Analysis and validation of payments for formalized settlements;
Control of the budget and monthly TKM;
Thorough procedural and documentary legal analysis across all jurisdictions and court levels;
Validation of meeting minutes (ATA) and draft settlement agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
Responsible for developing workflows and internal controls to improve operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Analytical profile, strong communication skills, and business acumen.
Experience in labor law and labor litigation/procedural practice;
Experience in settlement negotiations.
Preferred: Experience in publicly traded companies or multinational organizations.
Preferred: Advanced English (fluent).
