About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze requirements and scope needs;
Coordinate projects, driving activities of IT infrastructure specialist teams;
Communicate project status and lead meetings integrating technical teams, project teams, and vendors;
Develop and manage integrations, test plans, acceptance testing (homologation), change plans and their implementations/post-deployment follow-up, as well as project schedules;
Provide support in resolving issues in implemented projects, working with specialist teams and organizing action plans;
Responsible for creating and maintaining all documentation (topologies/layouts/procedures) for implemented solutions and operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT (record updated in Pessoas Online)
Experience in projects and in the integration of the technologies detailed above (as a project participant)
Must have easy access to the São Bento site
Must be an IT department employee
Position tenure/movements: employees with any type of transfer or movement should consult the movement table in Normative – NI-002.
