About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify customer needs and provide practical, straightforward solutions in accordance with product and service procedures;
- Sell products and services;
- Each interaction may involve different types of situations raised by the customer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age of 18 years;
- Education: High school diploma (complete);
- Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Basic computer skills;
- Experience in Customer Service / Sales / SAC is a plus;
- Must have a desktop or laptop computer with internet access to complete online training;
- Preferably reside near the Atento Cabula unit.
