About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end purchasing processes (quotations, negotiation, and closing)
Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts
Ensure efficiency in processes without compromising quality or compliance
Lead commercial negotiations to reduce costs and secure better terms
Monitor deadlines, deliveries, and contract compliance
Maintain interfaces with internal departments to understand requirements
Evaluate suppliers and propose continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields)
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Knowledge of contract analysis and negotiation
Experience in purchasing with a focus on contracts
Agile, results-oriented profile
Strong negotiation skills
Clear and assertive communication
Experience with structured purchasing processes
Proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with BI tools
Knowledge of strategic sourcing
Intermediate to advanced English
Experience in category management
