Customer Relationship Specialist I – Contact Center (SAC), Sales (Telephony)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The agent must identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with the product and/or service procedures;
- Selling products and services;
- Each interaction may involve handling different types of situations raised by the customer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum age: 18 years;
- Education: High school diploma (completed);
- Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability;
- Negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Basic computer/IT skills;
- Experience in Customer Service / Sales / Contact Center (SAC) is a plus;
- Must have a computer or laptop with internet access to complete online training;
- Preferably reside near the Atento Cabula unit.
