Key responsibilities & impact

Inbound customer service with sales, focused on identifying customer needs, clarifying doubts, carrying out procedures, and offering products and/or services.
In each interaction you may handle various types of situations reported by the customer and will use systems to record the details of the service.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum age: 18 years;
High school diploma (complete);
Strong verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
Negotiation and argumentation skills;
Basic computer skills and typing ability;
Availability to attend training either in person or remotely (home office);
Availability to work on-site;
Possibility of working from home after the probationary period;
Professional experience: We hire candidates without prior professional experience, but experience in customer service and sales is an advantage — for example: retail sales, door-to-door sales, supermarkets, shopping centers, department stores, telecommunications service, telemarketing, public-facing roles, sales consultant, sales executive, active sales, call center customer service (SAC), ombudsman, back office, technical support;
Preferably live near or have easy access to the Atento Madureira Unit.
