Bilingual Customer Relationship Specialist
AtentoCustomer support specialist engaging with clients via chat and voice. Working to solve problems for users and drivers across Brazil and Mexico, primarily in a home office setup.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The specialist will need to identify customers' needs and provide a practical, objective solution according to the product and/or service procedure;
- In each interaction, they may handle different types of situations presented by the customer;
- Use systems to record and apply the details of the interaction;
- Resolve and monitor consumer requests;
- Interact via CHAT or VOICE;
- Provide clear communication across all customer touchpoints with the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be employed for at least 4 months;
- Strong verbal and written fluency;
- **Advanced Spanish (written/comprehension/verbal);**
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and typing;
- Availability to complete training and work from home;
- Customer service experience is desirable;
- Easy access to Atento Cabula Unit;
