About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Specialist will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with the product and/or service procedures;
Sales of products and services;
Each interaction may involve handling different types of situations indicated by the customer;
Specific technical tasks: Call Center support, inbound sales to offer voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
Will use systems to record logs and manage customer interactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years old;
High School diploma;
Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
Negotiation and argumentation skills;
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills;
Availability to complete training and work remotely (Home Office);
Have a desktop computer to use during the training period;
Preferably live near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit.
