Inbound Sales Customer Service Specialist – Telecommunications
AtentoCustomer Service Specialist tasked with resolving customer needs and selling telecommunications products. Working remotely to identify client solutions and ensure satisfaction in Ribeiro Preto.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Specialist will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with the product and/or service procedures;
- Sales of products and services;
- Each interaction may involve handling different types of situations indicated by the customer;
- Specific technical tasks: Call Center support, inbound sales to offer voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
- Will use systems to record logs and manage customer interactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years old;
- High School diploma;
- Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
- Negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills;
- Availability to complete training and work remotely (Home Office);
- Have a desktop computer to use during the training period;
- Preferably live near the Atento Ribeirão Preto Unit.
